A call out fee covers the cost of a locksmith travelling to your location and bringing the tools and equipment needed to assess the job. The amount can vary depending on your location, the time of day and whether it is an after-hours or emergency call. Pricing depends on the type of work involved, from a simple lockout or key cut through to rekeying, repairs or a full lock installation. Factors like the lock type, the time of day and the complexity of the job all play a part. We are always happy to provide a clear quote up front once we understand what you need.

We offer key cutting right here in the Shepparton area for a wide range of keys, including house keys, padlock keys and many common vehicle and office keys. Just bring in your original key or give us a call and we will let you know if we can cut it for you.

A skilled locksmith can open the vast majority of residential and commercial locks. That said, some high security locks, certain safes and specialised systems may require additional tools, manufacturer authorisation or proof of ownership before any work can begin.
